Procurement Associate

The Procurement Associate is a reliable person with exceptional organizational and clerical skills. This person will work with the procurement team in parts purchasing. We are seeking a flexible and highly adaptable individual who is self-motivated and detail oriented.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel
  • Friendly and personable with strong a desire to help
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks for multiple people
  • Background in handling bids and estimates is strongly preferred
  • High sense of urgency with response time to customers
  • Experience in procurement/negotiating is highly preferred but not a requirement
